I feel painful all over the body.
I have done exercises for a week,so I feel so painful throughout the body.
Maybe it's for a long time that I haven't done so many exercises.
The day before yesterday,my classmates and I went to inner baseball filed to play baseball equipment.
All of us had a good time because we played lots of equipment there.
After I went home,I felt lots of painful throughout my body.
But I really like the feeling of exercise.
I hope I can keep exercising every day.
Whatever any sports I do,I will enjoy it.
