It seems that I need to improve my physical strength.
I did some excrcise yesterday and I found that my physical strength needs to be improved.
My physical strength is not as good as before.
I think the reason is that I don't do exercise regularly.
Only by doing exercise very often can I improve my physical strength.
Therefore, I will force myself to do exercise twice a week.
I hope it's enough for me to improve my physical strength.
