It's for a long time that I haven't run since three weeks ago.
Today one of my classmates and I went to the gym to do exercise.
I have run for 4 kilometers and do some aerobic exercises.
After exercise,I feel so good and refreshing.
I think I like the feeling of the sweat especially after exercise.
Doing exercise not only strengthen my body but improve my health as well.
I will do exercise frequently because I like this feeling.
