Should I spare time to learn a second foreign language?

This is because some of our teachers tell us if we learn a second foreign language,we can be more competitive.

Because he thinks if our English ability reach to some levels,we can try to learn a second foreign language to make oueselves become more competitive.

After listening to what he said,I think his words make sense.

But now I don't know whether to learn a second language in my school or in the cram school.

I know it's too slow to learn a language well in the school because I think it's much faster to learn it in the cram school than in the school.

However,I think if I go to cram school,I may spend lot of money on it.

So,I may consider learning it by myself.

Maybe I think it's the economical way for me to learn it.
